Kacie Chambers, MD

Dr. Chambers earned her medical degree from Louisiana State University and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Tennessee inMemphis, where she also pursued specialized training in neonatology. During her time in Memphis, she met her husband, Stephen, an orthopedic surgeon. After completing their training, the couple relocated to North Carolina in2022. 

Before joining Carolina Kids, Dr. Chambers practiced as a neonatologist in Winston-Salem, caring for premature and medically complex newborns. Her background in neonatology gives her a unique perspective in supporting NICU graduates and their families. 

Dr. Chambers is excited to return to general pediatrics, where she can care for children of all ages and develop lasting relationships with families. As both a pediatrician and a mom, she values the opportunity to walk alongside parents—offering empathy, guidance, and support through every stage of childhood. Outside of work, she loves spending time with her family, including her young son and their beagle. She also enjoys reading, Pure Barre, watching Bravo, and cheering on LSU sports.
