We will be launching our patient portal in the very near future. Through this portal, you will be able to access relevant clinical visit summaries and health information for your children. You will be able to access the patient portal through a link at the bottom left of the homepage of our website. We are still working out the final glitches of the portal, so it may not work smoothly for you for the next couple of weeks, but it should work well after this. Please give us a call if you are having any difficulties with the portal after the new year. Due to the fact that we transitioned from paper to electronic medical records only a year ago, please do not rely on the portal for accurate information on your child's immunization history. Vaccines from prior to December 2012 are recorded in a different system. Please contact us by phone if you need a complete immunization record for your child.
